I won’t be coming in for a few months. What should I do with my membership?
You’re welcome to continue your membership. Your credit will be saved to a beauty bank for your future packages/services.
What if I want to cancel?
A 45-day written notice to Yany@brows2slay.com is required for cancellation. Failure to do so will result in automatic renewal to a month-to-month commitment.
I need to reschedule
Appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the appointment. No-show appointments will be charged 75% of the service fee.
